Northern Ireland support status

This calculator supports imports into Great Britain only. Northern Ireland needs a separate decision tree under the Windsor Framework, including at-risk and not-at-risk checks, UKIMS eligibility, XI identifiers in some cases, and different VAT mechanics for some goods movements.

This site does not currently produce a Northern Ireland estimate because doing so without those decisions would give a misleadingly precise result. Use the current GOV.UK guidance instead.

Current GOV.UK guidance includes a €3-per-item duty, charged in sterling, for qualifying low-value goods sent from outside the UK and EU to non-business recipients in Northern Ireland where the goods are considered at risk of entering the EU. This is not a Great Britain charge. Check the current parcel guidance.
